Michele has been an advanced injector since 1993. She is an expert in Botox and fillers. She specializes in cannula technique (which minimizes swelling and bruising) and has been asked to train others in this specialized technique. She attends many different conferences and trainings throughout the year to ensure the best care for her patients and learn the newest techniques. She has advanced skills with skin care, microdermabrasion, microneedling and lasers and was one of the first nurses in Tennessee to perform sclerotherapy (spider vein treatments). Michele is an active member of the American College of Phlebology, American Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses and Tennessee Society of Laser Medicine. She also obtains an extensive background in ICU and ER nursing. Michele serves as an injector at our Mount Juliet location on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Olivia received her Bachelor’s Degree in Science of Nursing with a minor in biology from Lipscomb University. She began working at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery in 2015 as the preoperative, perioperative and postoperative surgical nurse. After additional specialized training in aesthetic rejuvenation, Olivia became an aesthetic nurse injector, offering non-surgical facial rejuvenation including Botox, Dysport, Juvederm family of fillers, Restylane products, Kybella, microneedling, laser resurfacing and skin care. She attends several conferences and meetings with the world’s leading injectors to further her knowledge and stay up-to-date on latest and safest techniques. Olivia is one of only 350 certified plastic surgical nurses in the United States and one of only 14 in Tennessee. She received this prestigious certification after spending two years in plastic surgery and being accepted to undertake the exam. Olivia loves the artistry and precision of injectables and tailors her consultations to create a personal treatment plan to best fit her patients’ needs.

Emily graduated from Auburn University in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development & Family Sciences and returned to school completing her nursing degree in 2012. Emily started as a surgical nurse at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery in May 2015 and began to train in non-surgical procedures in August 2015. She trained for 6+ months under nurse practitioner Haley Wood, who teaches & trains nationally on injectables for Allergan, Galderma & P.A.L.E.T.T.E. Emily has attended & trained with Dr. Mauricio de Maio & Dr. Woffles Wu on Allergan fillers including Juvederm, Voluma, Volbella & Vollure. She has attended the Aesthetic Blueprint seminar with internationally renowned Doctors Arthur Swift & Kent Remington teaching advanced injections technique. She has also trained at many P.A.L.E.T.T.E. classes (Progressive Aesthetic Learning Essential To Technical Expertise), including a cadaver class focusing on facial anatomy & safety of injections. Emily’s most recent accomplishment was acquiring her Certified Aesthetic Nursing Specialist (CANS) certification. This certification specializes in 4 aesthetic areas with neurotoxin & dermal filler injections being the main focus but also includes lasers, sclerotherapy & skin care. This certification ensures patients that they are receiving safe care & will have optimal outcomes from procedures such as Botox, Dysport, fillers & skin care treatments. Emily truly enjoys anything beauty, fashion & health related. She loves getting to know each of her patients & loves to help anyone & everyone put their best face forward.

Natalie has spent her entire career in aesthetics and has been injecting patients since 2010. Upon completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Belmont University, Natalie quickly developed a passion for aesthetics and found gratification in helping her patients feel their best. Prior to working at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery, Natalie worked for Galderma, where she taught doctors, NPs, PAs and nurses injection techniques, best practices and the science behind neuromodulators, dermal fillers and collagen stimulators. Natalie prides herself in consulting with each patient to best understand their needs and desired results, and creates an individualized treatment plan to meet those goals. She offers a unique mix of advanced education, real-world experience and an eye for beauty. Her clients appreciate Natalie’s gentle touch and personalized attention. Natalie offers neurotoxin injectables (Botox/Dysport), filler, Scleroptherapy and laser treatments at our Music Row office in Nashville on Monday’s, Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.

Susan is a Registered Nurse and Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, trained in dermal fillers and neurotoxin injections, lasers and skin care since 2008. In 1994, she graduated from Broward Community College with an Associate of Science Degree in nursing. In 2012, Susan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing at Aquinas College. After extensive testing, she earned the esteemed, national certification, Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist. Susan frequently attends seminars and specialized training classes in order to stay up-to-date with the newest products and skin care treatments. In addition, she has substantial experience using various lasers for cosmetic purposes. Susan believes that the use of dermal fillers and neurotoxins is an art. Cosmetic services, combined with a good skin care regimen, are utilized to achieve individualized rejuvenation and enhance natural beauty.

Sharry is an extremely skilled and gentle injector and has been serving our patients at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery since 1997. She advises and assists patients in all areas of plastic surgery nursing, including preoperative patient education, intraoperative care and postoperative care. She is also highly proficient in the use of injectable fillers and Botox, skin care, chemical peels and microdermabrasion. Sharry sees patients at our Music Row office on Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s to better serve the Nashville area!
Heather graduated from the Nashville Aveda Institute in May of 2015 and joined our team at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery the following May. She is an active member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists. Heather is an attendee at national seminars such as the SPSSCS annual meeting, SkinMedica Summit, Music City Scale and has been educated in laser/IPL under John E. Hoopman, CMLSO and Patrick J Clark, CMLSO. With continual, advanced training in Ultherapy, Microneedling and the latest ingredients in skincare, Heather remains on the cutting edge of our field. In addition to these advances, Heather also specializes in HALO laser, BBL, chemical peels, radiofrequency and dermaplaning. Patients and peers state that Heather is “one of the best estheticians in Nashville.” She is passionate about educating and serving her patients with honesty, compassion and transforming results!
