Patient Operations Coordinator
Lynn has been serving at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery since 2003. She has worked in medical administration for over 30 years, and her knowledge and experience allows her to assist you with the information necessary to answer your questions. Her understanding of the inner workings of our practice is unparalleled, and she is the most talented multitasker you will ever meet!
Patient Care Coordinator
Cindi joined Cool Springs Plastic Surgery in 2013. Cindi is a natural people person. She loves interacting with patients, who often comment on how comfortable she makes them feel. She is currently one of our Patient Liaisons and is the primary surgery scheduler for Dr Papillion. As the surgery scheduler, you will meet with her after you have had your consultation. She will discuss your treatment plan, answer all of your financial questions and find the perfect time for you to have the procedure. She is passionate about making sure that you have a wonderful experience.
Savannah has been with the Cool Springs Plastic Surgery team since the spring of 2015, and may be the first person who greets you at our Mt. Juliet office! She is passionate about serving our patients and hopes she can brighten their day, whether they are calling for the first time or have been coming for years.
Angel is one of the first to greet you when you come into the office. She has been with the practice since spring 2015. Angel received her undergraduate degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. She later graduated with her Master’s Degree in Administration from The Ohio State University. She looks forward to seeing patients and assisting in creating a pleasant experience for each one.
Kendall serves as the Marketing Director for Cool Springs Plastic Surgery. She graduated from Western Kentucky University in May 2016 with a degree in business management. If you have received an email from Cool Springs Plastic Surgery about any events or news within the practice, chances are, it is coming from Kendall. Kendall says: “When you are passionate about the company you work for, finding ways to tell others about it is the most exciting part of your week.”
After working in the plastic surgery industry for several years, McKenzie joined Cool Springs Plastic Surgery in October 2017 as the Practice Manager. McKenzie received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from The University of Tennessee Knoxville. She is passionate about her role, which is daily reflected through her positive energy and outgoing personality.
Clinic Nurse, RN, BSN
Jasmine earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology with a pre-professional concentration at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2013. She always knew deep down that her passion is caring for people and helping them feel their best, so she chased her dream. Driven by her goals, Jasmine enrolled in the School of Nursing program at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). Throughout nursing school, Jasmine worked as a nurse extern with a local hospital where she was able to sharpen her nursing skills. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from MTSU in May 2017. Jasmine is excited to be a part of the Cool Springs Plastic Surgery team and will serve as a clinic nurse, where she will see patients for consultations, surgeries and postoperative visits.
When contacting our office, you may be greeted by a friendly, familiar voice, who goes by Victoria. She graduated spring of 2017 from Lee University in Chattanooga, Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations. She grew up in Brentwood and has lived in the area for the last 16 years. Victoria is an avid fan of PR and enjoys staying involved with organizations such as the Public Relations Society of America. She served as the secretary, vice president and president of Lee’s student branch of PRSA. Her passion is people and, she loves being one of the first to greet patients and establish an initial relationship as she welcomes them into our practice.
Patient Care Coordinator
After three years in the cosmetic surgery industry, Stacey joined Cool Springs Plastic Surgery in 2017. As a Patient Coordinator, she will meet with you during your consultation and will be your guide throughout the entire process. Stacey has a degree in Communications and Public Relations from Valdosta State University. She is a people person at heart and enjoys the relationships she forms with her patients. “There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a happy patient, with a great experience after surgery.”
Andrea is one of the friendly voices you may be greeted by when calling our office. She joined Cool Springs Plastic Surgery in February of 2018 after moving to Nashville to pursue music. Along with studying vocal performance and music business, Andrea had previously worked with plastic surgery and med spas when she lived in Southern California. She is passionate about skin care and cosmetics and would be happy to assist you in scheduling with one of our plastic surgeons or non-surgical providers!
