Patient Operations Coordinator
Lynn has been serving at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery since 2003. She has worked in medical administration for over 30 years, and her knowledge and experience allow her to assist you with the information necessary to answer your questions. Her understanding of the inner workings of our practice is unparalleled, and she is the most talented multitasker you will ever meet!
Patient Care Coordinator
Cindi joined Cool Springs Plastic Surgery in 2013. Cindi is a natural people person. She loves interacting with patients, who often comment on how comfortable she makes them feel. She is currently one of our Patient Liaisons and is the primary surgery scheduler for Dr Papillion. As the surgery scheduler, you will meet with her after you have had your consult. She will discuss your treatment plan, answer all of your financial questions, and find the perfect time for you to have the procedure. She is passionate about making sure that you have a wonderful experience.
Patient Care Coordinator
Lisa has been a part of the Cool Springs Plastic Surgery team since 2006. During your consultation, Lisa will meet with you to discuss your unique treatment plan and answer any questions you may have regarding finances. She has an extensive background in sales, service and physician and client relations. Although her focus is on the patient experience, she is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful in other areas of business as well. Lisa has worked in various areas in the medical field for more than twelve years and enjoys the challenges and rewards of cosmetic surgery.
Savannah has been with the Cool Springs Plastic Surgery team since the spring of 2015, and might be the first voice you hear when contacting the office! She is passionate about serving our patients and hopes she can brighten their day, whether they are calling for the first time or have been coming for years.
Angel is one of the first to greet you when you come into the office. She has been with the practice since spring 2015. Angel received her undergraduate degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, in Nacogdoches, Texas. She later graduated with her Masters Degree in Administration from The Ohio State University. She looks forward to seeing patients, making their experience a pleasant one.
Nicole started working with our Cool Springs Plastic Surgery team in March of 2016. She is another voice you might hear when contacting our office. Before joining our practice, Nicole studied Health & Wellness, along with being trained as a dance instructor. She is dedicated to assisting you with any questions or scheduling needs you may have, and hopes to make your experience with our practice a pleasant one!
Kendall serves as the Marketing Director for Cool Springs Plastic Surgery. She graduated from Western Kentucky University in May 2016 with a degree in business management. If you have received an email from Cool Springs Plastic Surgery about any events or news within the practice, chances are, it is coming from Kendall. Kendall says: “When you are passionate about the company you work for, finding ways to tell others about it is the most exciting part of your week”.
After working in the plastic surgery industry for several years, McKenzie joined Cool Springs Plastic Surgery in October 2017 as the is the Practice Manager . McKenzie received her Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Human Resource Management from The University of Tennessee Knoxville. She is passionate about her role as Practice Manager which is reflected in her positive energy and outgoing personality.
Kim Engelhardt, MSN, RN, ANP-BC
Kim has been a Registered Nurse since 1998 and a board certified Adult Nurse Practitioner since 2002. After graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of North Carolina at Wilmington, she was employed as a RN at University of North Carolina Hospital for four years. During that time, she completed her advanced training and graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing from Duke University in 2002. Her specialty was Adult and Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in many areas of medicine including: infectious diseases, cardiology, endocrinology, school nursing, and the medical device industry. After taking time to raise 3 boys and train for several marathons, she now brings all of her experience, knowledge, and zest for a healthy lifestyle to the clients of Cool Springs Plastic Surgery.
Jasmine Wheeler RN, BSN
Jasmine earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology with a pre-professional concentration at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2013. Jasmine knew deep down that her passion is caring for people and helping them feel their best, so she chased her dream. Driven by her goals, she enrolled in the School of Nursing program at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). Throughout nursing school, Jasmine worked as a nurse extern with a local hospital where she was able to sharpen her nursing skills. Jasmine received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from MTSU in May 2017. Jasmine is excited to be apart of the Cool Springs Plastic Surgery team and will serve as an office nurse, where she will see clients for consultations, surgery, and postoperative visits.
When contacting our Office, you may be greeted by a friendly, familiar voice, who goes by Victoria. She graduated spring of 2017 from Lee University in Chattanooga, TN with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations. She grew up in Brentwood and has lived in the area for the last 16 years. Victoria is an avid fan of PR and enjoys staying involved with organizations such as the Public Relations Society of America. She served as the secretary, vice president and president of Lee’s student branch of PRSA. Her passion is people and, she loves being one of the first people to greet new patients and establish an initial relationship as she welcomes them into our Practice.
Patient Care Coordinator
After three years in the cosmetic surgery industry, Stacey joined Cool Springs Plastic Surgery in 2017. As a Patient Coordinator, Stacey will meet with you during your consultation and will be your guide and right hand throughout the entire process. Stacey has a degree in Communications and Public Relations from Valdosta State University. She is a people person at heart and enjoys the relationships she forms with her patients. “There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a happy patient, with a great experience, after surgery.”
