One syringe of Refyne and Botox used to treat oral commissures and lip lines/volume
4 units of Botox used for upper lip “flip” and 0.5cc of Juvederm Ultra to soften marionette lines and oral commissures around mouth. At 2 week follow up visit, an additional 0.35cc of Juvederm was added to vermillion borders of lips.
