Cool Springs Plastic Surgery was highly recommended. I liked everybody. The staff is not only pleasant and helpful, but I will miss seeing you all. I will always recommend Dr. Moore and his staff.

I have referred several of my friends to Cool Springs Plastic Surgery for breast enhancement surgery. Dr. Moore wants his patients to be completely happy with the results of their surgery, even down to the smallest detail. The surgery was easier than I had expected and I recovered quickly. I am tickled with the result of my surgery and my self-esteem has increased tremendously. I only wish that I had done it sooner!

The entire experience with the Dr and his office has been great. They are all very nurturing, informative and responsive. I’m so impressed at how much more symmetrical I am now and the size is exactly what we discussed. The entire staff has been great to deal with.

Dr Moore is a great ps his whole staff is so nice and helpful they make you feel very comfortable and like u can ask anything and at anytime. Very accessible and kind – was referred highly by my PCP of 20 years – he did her facelift several years ago. So far experience has been positive, but a few minor little touches that I read from other reviews that were missing along the way – but nothing that should effect the final result. I had a lot of pain, but I don’t think it had anything to do with how the surgery was done. I have complete confidence in Dr. Moore and his staff. My husband called his cell phone several times the first week all after business hours and he always answered promptly and with no indication that we were bothering him or being overly concerned. This is a big plus in my opinion. I had called him several times before surgery date with questions and he was accommodating as well, always returning my calls promptly. His office staff and nurses are delightful and very kind. I go back to see him in a couple more weeks, and I expect the healing to be doing nicely by then.

Dr. Moore has been so great throughout my whole breast augmentation procedure. Extremely professional and knowledgeable which just reassured me I was making the right choice. One of his nurses, Angela Thompson, is one of the main reasons why my experience was so great! She spent so much time with me during my consultation and really addressed any concerns I was having. So genuine and I could tell that she really cares about Dr. Moore’s patients which is refreshing compared to other experiences I have had in the past. Dr. Moore is the finest there is. After visiting several plastic surgeons in the area, Dr. Moore was clearly the best choice. He is exceptionally skilled and fixed everything as only a highly trained and practiced surgeon can. There were no recommendations to do things that were not needed or that I didn’t want, unlike the others. His pricing was fair; his demeanor well balanced; he is quite the artist at fat grafting, as opposed to other surgeons, who could never have done what he did.

Dr, Moore and the staff at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery performed a face lift and fat grafting for me in May of 2019. My face and neck required attention, because of many years of life experiences, and because of a life-threatening accident which I experienced in 2016, which aged me in a considerable manner. The CSPS facilities on Church Street are modern and very comfortable, with a reassuring and welcoming environment. Everyone there was attentive, caring, and very kind, looking after me wonderfully before, during, and after my surgery. I was accompanied by my daughter during my surgery and recovery. Her requests and needs were also wonderfully attended by the CSPS staff. My surgery in all respects led to an excellent outcome, removing at least 20 years of age off of my face and neck. With the guidance and support of Dr. Moore and his staff, I healed nicely, and ahead of schedule. Dr. Moore is not only an excellent and skilled surgeon, but his artistic perception and aesthetic judgement are outstanding. He knows what a natural and youthful face and neck should look like, and he knows how to achieve such an appearance. Afterwards, the most honest and unexpurgated assessment came from my daughter (who has no hesitation in providing complete honesty in regard to most any matter), who described my new appearance as “refreshed and natural.” My much-younger girlfriend was also very complementary, describing my new appearance as “glowing”, with much renewed interest in me and our relationship.

Listen y’all. I’m all about pretty things! I choose to surround myself with beautiful things and people (inside and out)…..walking into this facility was glorious! The entrance was a breath taker! The grand staircase winding up perfectly surrounding the massive chandelier hanging from the second floor atrium. I was entranced before my feet hit the first stair! But you can take the elevator. I was immediately greeted by the gals running the front desk….they offered to MAKE me coffee….why yes I believe I’ll take some:) The coffee was fabulous the view from the giant floor to ceiling windows was magnificent. I sat in silence filling out paper work and waiting to be called. Deb was the nurse who took care of me and she was very thorough in explaining everything….(I’m having my breasts done). Dr Moore came in after only a short wait ….just as gracious as can be and he seems quite knowledgeable and experienced. The appointment didn’t take long at all then I was passed onto Emily who was equally as lovely and thoughtful as the rest of the staff. Every single person I came in contact with was top notch for sure and I look forward to having my operation the end of August….I’ll have to report back then but first impressions are powerful and they did a stellar job.

Dr. Moore gave my family his personal cell phone number in case we had any questions. Not many surgeons are that caring. He is top notch. I never have to wait at any of my appointments. I guess that’s a perk for being early. The staff are always very friendly and smiling. Keep doing what you are currently doing. It’s working and I definitely recommend you to my friends and family. I have had other procedures before this one and get compliments all the time, but everything looks very natural to the point they can’t put their finger on what I have had done. Staff is very helpful and caring. Emily was wonderful in answering questions and scheduling everything from long distance. The nurses were very responsive to questions and gave attention with concerns. The doctor (Dr. Moore) gave out his cell phone number. The doctor called the next morning and even came into the hospital at night to check on me while in recovery. The doctor has emailed and texted me weeks after the surgery. Very kind and thoughtful. Dr Moore did some things for me about 2 months ago. I am a 67 yr old woman and have never had so many people compliment me on how beautiful I look. I have never ever been told that until Dr Moore did his magic on me. I am so grateful To feel this good about myself at this age. Here’s my post op update: I could NOT recommend Dr Moore and his entire staff more highly enough. Words can’t describe how I feel about my new boobs and the entire process I underwent (isn’t that a word?!). First tip. Do every single thing they tell you to do (or not do) it’s for your own good!!! Day before operation…..Answer the phone when they call!!!! …. dude, at least check voicemail before arriving for major surgery at 6am!!!! Hello Blu! Lesson learned. They’ll call the day before to tell you wants up and what to expect. I missed all that part. My bad! Don’t wear any jewelry. Don’t take a huge purse there’s NO need for it! Wear comfy open in the front kinda shirt, slip on shoes the whole nine. No metal hair pins either. They helped me with all of it none the less. But here’s the clincher for me. After my final exam before surgery Dr Moore prayed with me and for me and for him and for a positive outcome!!!!!! Did you hear that? He prayed!!!! Hallelujah Jesus bless that man!!!! I so needed that. Anyway the anaesthesia person was great. The nurses were all great. I can’t believe they can get up this early and be functioning at such a crazy high brain capacity …. as to make these wonky boobs into great art pieces …. it is beyond me!!! Well, I went to sleep for a while and woke up groggy. Obviously. But the pain was managed so I was fine. They told my husband all the things before we left and the rest is history. I’m healing marvellously. (If that’s how you spell it. I have England’s auto correct settings) strange. I love love love these people. A few I wanna call out special are Deb for being awesomely YOU, Emily for taking care of all the back end stuff (yucky paperwork). All the people who keep answering the phone to deal with all my questions. Also today I met Megan (lovely) Nicole (love your hair). Kendall and Lindsey on the third floor. We had a giggle! Not to mention Olivia who just finished pumping up my lips and equally delightful experience doll!!!! Hope you all prosper and continue to help many folks just needing a little pick me up. Your smiles and gracious hearts and most appreciated. Oh wait. Take it soooo sooooo easy when you’re finished. I mean it!!! I didn’t take the sternly delivered advice so well but I’m still healing nicely. Glory to God for that one!!! Love

I was so nervous with the thought of surgery. My tummy tuck and thighs were the first surgery I’ve ever had. I couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience with Dr. Moore and his staff. I went on a couple of consultations and Cool Springs Plastic Surgery by far had a more friendly atmosphere. Every nurse and office employee has been friendly from the very beginning to the end. Dr. Moore himself has some of the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced from a doctor. He is very kind and patient. He answered all of my questions without seeming annoyed or put out that I was asking them. He is also very easy to reach post op. and responded quickly to my concerns. My results were also amazing. His tenure in the plastic surgery field is evident in the results. I will be scheduling another procedure within the next year. Thank you you CSPS for helping me get my body and confidence back.
