About Juvéderm
A next-generation dermal filler, JUVÉDERM uses hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring chemical in human skin that hydrates and adds volume, smoothing out wrinkles. It is the only dermal filler of its kind formulated to be smooth rather than granular.
Two formulas are available to meet an individual's needs. JUVÉDERM Ultra provides contour and volume to wrinkles and folds, while JUVÉDERM Ultra Plus works to correct deeper wrinkles and folds on the face.
Risks + Considerations
Juvéderm is suitable for people of all ages, except those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or who have an infection in the area to be treated. Those who have neuromuscular disorders should proceed with caution, as they may experience serious side effects from the treatment.
