What does Halo treat?
Halo addresses sun damage, brown spots, age spots, discoloration, uneven skin tone, enlarged pores, rough texture, the appearance of fine lines, light scars and general signs of aging. It can be adjusted for a wide range of skin types. Darker skin tones carry a higher risk of pigment changes, so your provider will assess your skin before recommending it.

How comfortable is a Moxi treatment?
Most patients tolerate Moxi well. Depending on the treatment level, your provider may use cooling air and recommend a numbing cream to keep you comfortable.

Is BBL the same thing as a Brazilian Butt Lift?
No. Two different procedures share the acronym BBL. Here, BBL means BroadBand Light, a non-invasive light treatment for the skin. A Brazilian Butt Lift is a surgical body-contouring procedure performed by our plastic surgeons.

How long is the Halo appointment and is it comfortable?
Plan on approximately 90 minutes for numbing and treatment. For patient comfort we offer topical numbing and, if you prefer, nitrous oxide sedation — a patient-controlled gas system designed to relieve pain or anxiety.
