Gel – Smooth Round Submuscular 450cc. This patient is 2 months out from her surgery. The upper portion of her breast is still high. This upper portion will continue to soften at time goes on. The larger the implant and the smaller starting point before breast augmentation, the longer it takes for the implant to settle.
