Implant Revision. This patient had sub-glandular augmentation and became pregnant after surgery. She has loosening skin and falling implants with poor coverage in the upper breast. She underwent implant exchange, placing them under the muscle along with a breast lift. Her scars will continue to fade as time goes on.
