Fleur de lis Abdominoplasty. This patient had a prior abdominal surgery with a midline scar already in place. I elected to perform a Fleur de lis Abdominoplasty to remove this scar and improve the abdominal contour. The Fleur De Lis pattern has a vertical midline scar as well as a transverse lower abdominal scar. It is more commonly used in weight loss patients.
