For the first time EVER, my thighs don’t rub anymore! And the best part…it didn’t involve surgery or any downtime!! I have a very low pain tolerance so CoolSculpting was the perfect option for me as it was not painful at all, to my surprise. They made me feel so comfortable and educated throughout the whole process. Thank you, Cool Springs Plastic Surgery, for creating such an incredible environment while exceeding my expectations! I had a CoolSculpting treatment done at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery. My results were incredible. I couldn’t believe the improvement when I went in for my 3 month post-op pictures. My pants fit significantly looser and people comment that I look like I’ve lost weight. My experience at the practice was so positive and friendly! Everyone was so kind and walked me through expectations and details of the procedure. I would highly recommend CoolSculpting to anyone considering a non-surgical option! It didn’t disrupt my busy schedule and provided me with better results than I expected.

Be sure to notify the provider of any medicine you are taking and if you have any allergies, active skin issues or illnesses that affect your nerves and muscles. The CoolSculpting treatment session will last around 30 minutes to an hour. The exact duration will depend on the treatment plan and the target areas of the patient. The treatment will start by applying gel pads on the target areas. The CoolSculpting handheld device will be placed on the gel pads to treat the target areas. This device will hold the fat areas in place using vacuum suction. A controlled low temperature will be applied to the target areas to kill the fat cells. These dead fat cells will be gradually filtered out of the body, reducing the fat buildup in the target areas.
The patient can go home right after the CoolSculpting treatment session. No recovery time will be necessary, and the patient can go back to work or perform daily activities. The patient may experience temporary minor redness or swelling on the treated areas. The results will start to show after three weeks, and full results will be achieved after six months. Depending on the treatment plan, the patient may be scheduled for multiple treatment sessions to achieve the target goals. Patients must follow a healthy lifestyle, including proper diet and regular exercise, to prevent new fat buildup and achieve optimal results.
The cost of CoolSculpting treatment will depend on the goals of the patient and the target areas for the treatment. Multiple treatment sessions can impact the overall price of the procedure.
