CSPS is Taking Precautions

*UPDATE AS OF 04/29/20:

CSPS Community –

Please know that we miss you and cannot wait to see you. We have been preparing for some time now to provide care in a manner according to Tennessee Department of Health and CDC guidelines. The State of Tennessee now deems it safe to resume elective medical and surgical procedures as of April 30th. We will ease back in with a limited schedule on May 4th.

We will be making some accommodations listed below. Our staff will be following the same guidelines for the safety of all. We will be scheduling visits and new patient consultations with some safety guided limitations beginning May 4th.

If you are not already scheduled or if you have any questions, please call (615) 771-7718. We are excited to see you and are grateful for the privilege of serving you.

Sincerely,

The Team at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery

WHAT TO EXPECT FOR COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS:

  • To minimize the number of people in the office at one time, please come alone to your appointment. If it is necessary to be accompanied for physical assistance, no more than one person will be permitted.
  • We will check your temperature at the door and complete a simple COVID-19 questionnaire.
  • We will be wearing face masks for your protection, and we ask you to bring and wear them as well.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available to you in many locations throughout our office.
  • We will be sanitizing the exam rooms and common spaces after each patient visit.
  • If you have COVID-19 symptoms, let us know, and we will reschedule your appointment.
  • If you have been exposed to someone at risk for COVID-19 in the last two weeks, please reschedule your appointment.

To our loyal patients, friends and family —

We have made the heartbreaking decision to suspend all elective surgeries and services at all of our locations beginning Monday, March 23rd until further notice. It is at the heart of our business that we strive to provide exceptional care not only to our incredible patients, but also to our staff who rely on us to provide for their families. These reasons are why we have diligently tried to stay open. With the rapidly evolving situation of COVID-19, it has become undoubtedly clear that it is in the best interest of our patients, staff and community to proceed with extraordinary precautions for the foreseeable future.

If you are in the immediate post-op phase, keep your scheduled appointment unless contacted by the office. If you have an upcoming surgery or appointment scheduled, our staff will be in contact with you to reschedule.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support during this very difficult and unprecedented time. Our doctors will continue to monitor this situation with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and we will continue to provide updates as they become available. We pray that you and your families stay safe and well through the current storm, and we look forward to seeing you after we get through this time.

Thank you,
The Team at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery
