Why should I register for Virtual Open House?
Firstly, you will receive a $25 gift certificate in the form of a credit on your patient account. Secondly, we will send reminders and announcements as the event gets closer keeping you in the loop with all the exciting event details.
How do I tune in to participate in the event?
We will be broadcasting our latest and most seasonally relevant treatments all day on Youtube and Facebook. By registering for the event, you will get access to the lineup of demonstrations as well as the times they will air. We suggest making sure you are following our social platforms before the event for an easy find!
What Specials are being offered the day of the event?
We will have four packages to choose between. Depending on the package choice you make, we will be adding up to $500 in extra credit in your account and providing you with additional skin care products to boost your skin care game!
All medical grade skin care products (excludes prescription products) will be 20% off. Select skin care treatments will be 10% off.
How do I purchase the Virtual Open House discounted products and packages?

Can I combine my package purchase to use towards other event discounted services/products?
Because we are offering such incredible discounts with the packages alone, we are not going to be honoring a combination of both the package and heavily discounted products/ services the day of the event. Rest assured, you are receiving huge savings when you take advantage of the package options. With added credit to your account, it is an ideal opportunity to try out a new product or service you might not have tried before!
Can I use my $25 credit from registering at the event towards an event purchase?
You may use your $25 credit when you call (615) 771-7718 to purchase your discounted packages or products. Because we will also have some amazing savings happening, we do ask that the $25 be used for any purchase over $100.
How do I get my products I purchase online or by calling?
Any online product purchase made the day of the event will be shipped directly to your home with free shipping with orders over $75. If you select to call in to purchase, our representative will ask you which location you wish to pick your products up from. We have four convenient locations- Franklin, Brentwood, Music Row and Mt. Juliet
How quickly after the event can I schedule my treatment?
If you purchase a package or treatment the day of the event and wish to be scheduled with your provider as soon as possible, our team will reach out to you the week after the event to schedule your appointment for a time that works for your schedule.
How do I talk to a provider about which specials I should purchase?
We strongly encourage our patients to schedule in-person consultations with their requested provider at their preferred location prior to the Open House to create a personal treatment plan. Consultations are 30 minutes and your provider will listen to your goals and share their recommendation for which package would be your best option.
Can’t make it in before the event? Our providers will be answering calls all day on May 13th to talk to patients about which package options are best for them! Call (615) 771-7718 the day of the event to speak with a provider!
How do I enter to win giveaways?
We will have several ways to enter to win thousands of dollars in giveaways leading up to the event. First, when you register to attend the event, you will be prompted to select which giveaway option you prefer to enter.
Second, make sure you are following us on Facebook and Instagram! As we get closer to the event, we will have fun giveaways for those of you who are tagging and commenting on event posts! Want to ensure you don’t miss an opportunity to win, turn on notifications for our social media pages so you are alerted each time a giveaway opportunity is posted.
How long does my credit stay in my account?
Credit from the Open House Packages are available to use through December 2021. At this event we do encourage patients to take advantage of the available savings to cover your treatment plan through the end of the year. You can save hundreds of dollars this way!
Can I combine my Open House discounts with other promotions offered by Cool Springs Plastic Surgery?
Because we are offering some of the largest savings we offer all year, package credit purchased at the Virtual Open House will not be able to be combined later in the year with any other future promotions.
Can I combine my Open House discount with loyalty program offers?
Alle, ASPIRE, CSPS Reward Points and other loyalty program benefits can always be used in conjunction with your Open House dollars at the time of treatment, but may not be used in your event package purchase. When you come in for your eligible treatment, we will ensure you receive accurate credit from each reward program! Make your Open House credit last longer by taking advantage of these programs!
